Returns and Refund
unfortunately beauty product once shipped cannot be returned and will not be refunded. If you like to cancel you order before shipment is sent out please email our costumer service team within 24 hours of ordering. If you received a damaged product send us photo proof and we will give you a full refund. If your product is lost in the mail, or returned to sender, or held in customs for more then 3 weeks we will refund the amount for the product but we will not refund the shipping cost.
